A source supports a particular statement, product, plan, region and date.
- Verified provider evidence
- A current primary source was read for the recorded claim. Provider statements are attributed; this is not an independent product test.
- Unverified research
- The dossier or an earlier record supplies a lead. It has not been checked against a current source.
- Stale
- The configured review period has elapsed. The last observation remains available with its date.
- Unspecified
- No supported value is recorded. This never means zero cost, no restriction or compliance approval.
- Tyler’s Picks
- The existing owner-confirmed use record. Research, sponsorship and paid placement cannot create this designation.
- Independent reviews
- A named platform, rating scale, observation date and count are kept together. Ratings from different platforms are not pooled.
- Privacy and healthcare
- Storage, processing, contractual transfers, training and security evidence are separate. A provider claim does not establish suitability for a particular organisation or NHS use.
- Cost estimates
- Provider list prices, user-entered charges and calculated scenarios are distinct. Foreign currencies retain their native price; conversions need an explicit rate and date.
