Who it is for

Running small sites and APIs without a separate web server.

Who can claim it?

The free Workers tier is per account, with 100,000 requests a day and 10 milliseconds of CPU per invocation. A paid plan applies beyond those limits.

Limitations of the free tier

Free D1 storage is capped at 5 GB with 5 million rows read a day and 100,000 rows written. The free limits suit small projects rather than high-traffic production use, and some Cloudflare services are billed separately.

Billing and renewal

The free tier has no recurring charge; paid usage follows Cloudflare's metered plan rates.
