Twilio

Twilio Email, messaging and voice have usage charges. Phone numbers also carry a monthly rental, even when there are no calls or messages. Twilio Email is separate from SendGrid’s subscription-based Email API.

It can help with communications, email. I’ve included it for developer, operations.

Where a price, access rule, export option or data detail is unclear, I leave it open rather than guessing. A free trial or a lower headline price does not always mean two tools do the same job.
